What/Who inspired you to start Tuscany Bistro?
A dream my mama Mariarosa Gennaro and I had. She is a fantastic cook, inventive and creative. My fathers kitchen always smelled so good with everything cooked from scratch. I guess it was a combination of the two.
What is the biggest lesson you have learnt in business?
Business is about people. There is nothing more important than the team behind your brand.
Any advice for new business owners just getting started?
Do your research, start with strong foundations and surround yourself with the best team not only within your organisation but outside.
What is your proudest moment as a business owner?
I haven’t experienced it yet.
