Influencing, persuading and negotiation skills enable individuals to influence the behaviour and facilitate effective communication with their colleagues. Negotiations, of course, are everyday events and can occur within your organisation as well as with external stakeholders.
This course is focused on helping participants to gain an understanding of their own influencing and negotiating style and how to apply the fundamental principles of negotiation strategies and influencing tactics to their best advantage in the workplace.
