We will look at measures that you can put in place to decrease the amount of pain felt in and about the office, how to cut down on days missed through pain.
About the Presenter:
Rob Hanley is a Chartered Physiotherapist and heads up the Limerick Branch of the The Physio Company. His area of speciality is in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation and, in particular, low back pain. He has obtained post-graduate qualification in numerous treatment adjuncts including Occupational Low Back Pain, Trigger Point and Dry Needle Therapy, Acupuncture, Orthotic Therapy, Sports Massage and Sports Physiotherapy. He is also a certified Stott Pilates Instructor.
