Intelligent Automation and the Future of Work took place in the Castletroy Park Hotel. Companies are realizing that in order to hire and retain excellent people it is important to provide a role that appeals to peoples sense of adding value and not doing mundane and repetitive tasks. Robotics will be a net promoter of jobs and according to the IDC is one of the key technologies in Digital transformation that is also transforming work culture!
