Limerick Chamber hosted a special Members’ Evening on Thursday 18 September to mark National Chambers Week.
During the well-attended informal gathering, members enjoyed networking with fellow members, engaging with the Chamber team and learning how to maximise their membership.
Cathal Treacy, Limerick Chamber President, commented “Being involved with Limerick Chamber can make a real difference to a business. This event was all about encouraging our members to continually engage with us so that we can work more effectively for our members and have a bigger impact – whether that’s in terms of the lobbying we do or the services we provide from subsidised training to profiling the best businesses in the Region through our Annual Awards.”
Dr Órlaith Borthwick, Limerick Chamber Interim CEO, noted “Limerick Chamber is in business for business. Members active involvement – be it through interactions with Chamber staff or attending our calendar of events and training – is core to ensuring that the voice of business in Limerick is heard and represented and that we continue to support business growth. It was great to meet so many members on the night; the information sharing that happened was a win-win for all.”
