Public Health Mid-West ‘Safe Work Stops Covid’ webinar for local businesses.
Dr Marie Casey, Specialist in Public Health Medicine, will lead a quick presentation on how to optimise safety in the workplace in order to protect staff, customers, and the community from COVID-19. This webinar will discuss the efficacy of mask-wearing, social distancing, use of ventilation, and having a strong COVID-19 safety culture in the workplace. A short Q&A session will take place following the presentation, allowing the business community to engage with Dr Casey.
Dr Marie Casey is a Specialist in Public Health Medicine with the Department of Public Health Mid-West, and has been the clinical lead for COVID-19 in the workplace since the start of the pandemic. Dr Casey has managed hundreds of COVID-109 situations and outbreaks connected to workplaces, and has adept knowledge of how to protect the business community from COVID-19.
