Limerick Chamber Skillnet Helps Build Leaders

Limerick Chamber Skillnet organised the highly acclaimed 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Programme for a number of pharmaceutical companies in Cork recently.  Of the twenty participants who attended the three-day programme, 7 were from Limerick-based firms Cook Medical and Materion Ireland.

Renowned as the world’s premier personal leadership development offering, the programme aligns timeless principles of effectiveness with modern technology and practices. The course, which was delivered by consultant Tomasin Magwood from FranklinCovey UK, focused on leadership effectiveness at three levels – individual, team and organisational.

This is the second time Limerick Chamber Skillnet facilitated the successful delivery of the programme.

Commenting on the success rate of the programme, Anne Morris, Limerick Chamber Skillnet Manager, said “Organisations can see a return on investment almost immediately. Participants gain hands-on experience, applying timeless principles that yield greater productivity, improved communications, strengthened relationships, increased influence, and laser-like focus on critical priorities.  This course is for any company that wants to achieve sustained superior results by focusing on making individuals and leaders more effective. ”
