Develop the practical communication and presentation skills needed to deliver clear, confident and engaging messages in engineering-focused workplaces. This one-day module helps participants understand their personal communication style, build effective presentations, use verbal and non-verbal techniques, and communicate with impact across diverse audiences and workplace cultures.
In this module you will learn to:
- Identify your unique communication strengths and personal “USP”
- Plan, structure and deliver presentations that are clear, concise and audience-focused
- Use non-verbal communication, body language and vocal delivery effectively
- Communicate confidently in meetings, teams and cross-cultural environments
- Listen actively, handle questions and manage difficult interactions
Programme Overview
This module can be taken alone, or can be stacked with 5 other modules to build a 6 module, UL accredited “Professional Skills for Industry” accreditation.
