Limerick Chamber with UL @Work present: The Year of The Great Resignation

Dr. Sarah Kieran from the Kemmy Business School will address the great resignation and its impact on today’s working world. Dr. Kieran will address tools to attract and retain staff, as well as employee needs and continued development to harness employee potential and retention. Dr. Kieran will also address how companies can embrace smart working techniques, adapt to flexible work and pivot their business/HR model to help companies attract and retain staff during these difficult times.

Dr. Martin Hayes will also brief us on the pivotal role continued professional development will play in the professional landscape over the coming years. UL@work offers online courses such as Strategic Leadership and Data Analytics, Dr. Hayes will provide a brief on how employers can promote continued professional development, balancing this with work pace and enhancing your relationship with your staff thereby aiding staff retention and growth. Dr. Hayes will address how we as the business community can leverage the resources within our region to better equip companies and employees for lifelong learning and make Limerick a more attractive work destination.
