Step 1 – Pre Course:

  • To discuss the company’s Food Safety Objective
  • Confirm objective for the trainee
  • Confirm what supports the trainee needs

Step 2 – During the course:

  • Trainer will focus on the agreed objective with each attendee

Step 3 – Each week for four weeks after the course:

  • An email will be sent to the attendee to keep in touch re their objective.

Step 4 – At the end of the 4 weeks:

  • A meeting will take place to discuss the company’s Food Safety Objective
  • Discuss progress on the objective for the trainee
  • Discuss the supports the trainee had in place
