Programme Overview
This workshop supports organisations to build more inclusive, respectful, and supportive workplaces for LGBTI+ staff and service users. It provides a clear introduction to LGBTI+ identities and experiences, while focusing on the realities of workplace culture, communication, and inclusion. Participants will explore the impact of inclusion on wellbeing, engagement, and organisational culture, and gain practical tools to support inclusive everyday interactions. The session also highlights the role of staff at all levels in creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and able to be themselves at work
