Limerick Chamber Inaugural Golf Classic & Prize Presentation

The Inaugural Limerick Chamber Golf Classic took place last Thursday 11th May in the beautiful surroundings of the Limerick Golf Club. With a fantastic show of support from businesses across the Mid-West, the event had a wonderful atmosphere and buzz throughout the course and clubhouse, there was a hum of optimism despite the weather, as teams from a wide array of businesses took part on the day and made the most of the unique networking opportunity and hospitality of Limerick Golf Club.

Teams competing on the day were hoping to win the esteemed prize of a chance to play in the Chambers Ireland Golf Classic, held in the K Club, Kildare. The winning team will be representing Limerick Chamber in the ‘all Island championship’ later this year.

A number of prizes were available on the day including vouchers from the Castletroy Park Hotel, as well as gifts from the Pro Shop of Limerick Golf Club and Brown Thomas Vouchers.

It was a fantastic competition, and we were delighted to be joined by our main sponsors Mr Binman, as well as our Tee Sponsors: Laya Healthcare, Permanent TSB, PwC, Lyons of Limerick, Carelon, Rooney’s, Ingenium, Focus Capital, Great National South Court Hotel, Serosep, Mazars, Conack Construction, Kirby Group, Castletroy Park Hotel, Brown Thomas and the Absolute Hotel.

We are looking forward to welcoming this year’s teams to our Prize Presentation event which takes place Thursday 18th May in Limerick Chamber Boardroom, 96 O’ Connell Street from 11:30-12:30pm.
