Limerick Mayoral Debate
Thank you to everyone who attended our very successful mayoral debate last night.
We had over 1,000 attendees between in person and online.
It was important that such a debate was delivered where there was a civic focus, with the event being free, open to the public and streamed online, it ensured we could reach as many people as possible.
Events like these take a long time to plan, special thanks are owed to the events team who have been working tirelessly making this happen over the last two weeks. All 14 candidates that had declared their candidacy at the time of organising the debate were invited to partake, we extend a special thanks to the ten candidates that accepted our invitation and shared their ideas and insights on their vision in shaping our County as Directly Elected Mayor on the night
