This course provides you with a foundation in project management principles through the entire project lifecycle to introduce the knowledge areas needed to manage any project effectively. Students will be provided a case study to plan a project scope, schedule comprehensively, identify and manage risks, and how to manage stakeholders’ expectations via communication. This course will overview the terminology, tools, and techniques needed to manage projects effectively.
